Selection Process
The selection process for GAIL Executive Trainee 2025 consists of:
1️⃣ Shortlisting via GATE-2025 Scores
- Candidates must appear for GATE-2025 in the relevant paper.
- Shortlisting will be based on GATE-2025 scores (not previous years’ scores).
2️⃣ Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a GD & Interview round.
- Final selection will be based on performance in GD/PI and GATE score weightage.
Note: There is no application fee for GAIL Executive Trainee recruitment.
