- Register on the OTR Portal at otr.pariksha.nic.in.
- Obtain the OTR Number (which is mandatory for application).
- Visit the UPPSC Official Website: uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Click on the Apply button, and after that, “Authenticate with OTR“.
- Fill out the Application Form – Enter details and upload documents.
- Pay the Application Fee via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or E-Challan.
- Submit & Download the Form for future reference.
