Contract Period & Salary
📌 Contract Duration:
- The initial contract is for 1 year, with a possibility of renewal up to 5 years based on performance.
📌 Salary Details:
- For pensioners: Equivalent to last drawn salary minus pension amount (before commutation) OR ₹25,000/- per month, whichever is lower.
- For non-pensioners: Fixed salary of ₹25,000/- per month.
- An additional ₹1,000/- per month for mobile and conveyance expenses.
- No other allowances or benefits are applicable.
📌 Leave Policy:
- 15 days leave per year (Maximum 2 days per month).
Job Responsibilities
✅ Counselor FLCC Duties:
- Conducting financial literacy and awareness programs.
- Educating rural populations about banking facilities, government schemes, and digital banking.
- Helping customers with financial planning, debt management, and credit counseling.
- Coordination with local administration and self-help groups (SHGs).
Selection Process
