Contract Period & Salary
ЁЯУМ Contract Duration:
- The initial contract┬аis┬аfor 1 year, with a possibility of renewal up to 5 years based on performance.
ЁЯУМ Salary Details:
- For pensioners: Equivalent to last drawn salary minus pension amount (before commutation) OR тВ╣25,000/- per month, whichever is lower.
- For non-pensioners: Fixed salary of тВ╣25,000/- per month.
- An additional тВ╣1,000/- per month for mobile and conveyance expenses.
- No other allowances or benefits are applicable.
ЁЯУМ Leave Policy:
- 15 days leave per year (Maximum 2 days per month).
Job Responsibilities
тЬЕ Counselor FLCC Duties:
- Conducting financial literacy and awareness programs.
- Educating rural populations about banking facilities, government schemes, and digital banking.
- Helping customers with financial planning, debt management, and credit counseling.
- Coordination with local administration and self-help groups (SHGs).
